3. Effects of Withdrawal

3.1 Refund Process
If you withdraw within 14 days and the service has not started, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of your notice. We will use the original payment method without fees.

3.2 Services Already Performed
If you asked us to start the service within the withdrawal period, you must pay for the portion provided up to withdrawal.

4. Refund Eligibility at Source-GSM

At Source-GSM, refunds are only granted under these strict conditions:

  • The service was not delivered correctly or failed due to our internal issues.
  • The order was placed incorrectly or mistakenly on our part (wrong service delivered).

We do not refund for the following reasons:

  • You ordered the wrong service by mistake (please contact us before ordering if unsure).
  • Delays caused by external sources, manufacturers, or suppliers. Refunds will only be processed once the source/manufacturer approves or refunds the order.
  • Misunderstanding of the service details or functionality. Please contact us beforehand to clarify.

5. Cancellation Before Service Delivery

If you want to cancel before the service starts, contact our support immediately. If the order has not been processed, you will receive a full refund.

If the order is already being processed, cancellation may incur fees. We will inform you clearly before confirming any cancellation.
